I have a question though, instead of eating eggs and meats for the protein, could I just drink protein shakes? Or maybe both?

well i aint no expert but from personal experiences i would just say eat plenty of food just to get a decent amount of protein and try to avoid soda. but when i was locked up in the youth authority i just did 100 burpies a day. And in no time i gain a ton of muscle mass. the burpies i was thought was ment for strength, endurance, lose fat, and muscle mass over time. Many people who did this went from scrawny to “swollen”

Okay here’s the situation, I’m beef, but I’m just 165. All my friends think I weight 185 or 195… It pisses me off. Even If I go to the gym 4 times a week, you know, it’s hard to mix that with your study time. And I use to Eat like 5 times in a day…. Still, CAN’T GAIN A POUND !!!! Any Tips ??
