4 Minute Home Upper Body Workout — This Workout Gets You A RIPPED Upper Body

While gym equipment can HELP, it’s definitely not necessary to gain muscle and lose fat. This is a workout I routinely do while traveling — it’s under four minutes, and will allow you to gain muscle on your upper body, tone up your upper body, get six pack abs, or achieve any other fitness goal you set. This upper body workout only requires a set of 25 lb. dumbbells. There are also many workouts I do which do not even require the dumbbells though — let me know in the comments if you’d like to see those. I’ve been doing dumbell(even barbell(homemade ones)) but I still can’t feel my back.
I don’t know what to do right now. For pushups, I do is the 20 rep knuckle push-ups wherein 4 reps is for the wing-chun variant and the remaining 16 are the normal variant.
would it be bad to do this every day?
8 reps for each one right? i just did this. that 8th round was rough.. hahah

@Elush818 Go to GNC and get some protein shakes and/or createin.. make sure you read the directions and follow them.. then do this (or other) workouts.. you’ll see a big difference before too long! Best of luck!!
@112harvey Yes im used to working out, im currently playing highschool football, but the massive conditioning has made me slim down and i actually wanna bulk up

im using 10 lb and i am not doing the best on my full arm extension or push ups, will i still gain muscle untill i get better at those? i still try, its just not as good as how you do it

I have two 20lbs weights and I have two 8lbs weights. I weigh about 130-132lbs. Which you suggest I do if I dont really want a huge chest. (I’m a guy by the way….just thought I’d throw that in there.
